NORTHERN SHOWCASE- Education through Sport

At our core, we believe every athlete deserves a shot — a real shot — to showcase their skills, chase their dreams, and earn the opportunity to play the sport they love while pursuing a quality education.

That’s why our showcases are built differently.

We go the extra mile to bring in coaches from every level — from U Sports, NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, to ACAC, NAIA, and Junior Colleges — because talent comes in all sizes, and opportunity should too. No matter where you’re at in your development, there’s a coach watching who could be the right fit for you.

We’re especially excited about the Northern Showcase. We’re working tirelessly to ensure the Northern Showcase becomes the most impactful recruiting event in Canada.

Over the past two years, we’ve raised the bar — and we’re proud to say we’ve set THE GOLD STANDARD for showcase events across the country.

That same standard now defines our Elite Skills and Positions Camp, where every lead instructor is a current college or university coach. Where else can you find that level of instruction, insight, and exposure all in one place?

If you’re serious about the next level, this is where you need to be.

Mandate

Over the years, we’ve proudly helped place more than 1,000 athletes in post-secondary institutions across North America. Many of these student-athletes not only competed at a high level in volleyball but also completed their degrees and have gone on to excel in their chosen careers. We’re incredibly proud of the accomplishments of the athletes we’ve worked with—both on the court and in the classroom.

What sets our showcases apart is our strong emphasis on education throughout the recruitment journey. We don’t just put athletes in front of coaches—we guide them through the process, offering valuable insights into how recruitment works, what schools are looking for, and how to make informed decisions. Athletes are some of the most dedicated and driven individuals, and our goal is to help them stay focused, avoid common pitfalls, and develop into confident, capable leaders—on and off the court.

Showcase Overview

Our Showcase events are thoughtfully organized into manageable time blocks, ensuring that no athlete is required to be present for more than 5 to 6 hours. This format gives college coaches ample time to evaluate athletes effectively, without unnecessary downtime.

While video footage is still a useful tool, it’s clear that in-person evaluations remain a top priority for recruiters. Live showcases allow coaches to observe the nuances and intangible qualities—like communication, work ethic, and presence—that video can’t always capture. That’s why these camps are more valuable than ever.

For athletes, we go the extra mile: even if a coach can’t attend in person, your profiles, videos, and performance data are shared directly with other schools in our network. We’re proud to have one of the highest athlete placement rates in North America, and we remain committed to helping as many athletes as possible find their right-fit school.

We’ve never focused solely on the top two or three players. Instead, we strive to provide opportunities for all athletes—those with potential, drive, and a willingness to grow—to take their next step toward success.

Philosophy

The heart of our program has always been about one thing: providing every athlete with the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education through volleyball.

That’s why we work tirelessly to bring in programs from every level of competition—from Junior Colleges and CCAA programs in Canada to NCAA Division I, II, and III schools in the U.S., as well as top U SPORTS programs across the country. We are proud to consistently host some of the most well-respected and successful volleyball programs in North America.

With over 25 years of experience running recruiting camps, we’ve built strong relationships with college coaches who trust our process and share our values. We seek out coaches who prioritize not just performance, but the growth, well-being, and long-term development of their athletes.

Ultimately, this is about more than volleyball. It’s about helping young people find the right fit—a place where they can thrive academically, athletically, and personally. Because they’re not just going to play a sport… they’re going to earn an education.
